Courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment. You will be notified and given a full refund if a course for which you are registered does not have sufficient enrollment.

You can withdraw from a course and receive a full refund after the first class meeting. You must request your refund before the second class meeting. After that time, there will be no refunds.

On days when Springfield Public Schools are cancelled due to weather, classes at the Art Museum are also cancelled. Make-up classes are scheduled at the discretion of the instructor. In the case of Saturday classes, instructors will contact students by email or phone if class is cancelled due to severe weather.
